For late comers, the movie Pookadai is the next big flick from Mani Ratnam camp. Maestro AR Rahman has already tuned the lyrics to a blissful duet number with Kavi Vairamuthu looking really excited with the results. He says, “Rahman has recorded a wonderful duet number to my lyrics. The song a captivating melody number will definitely top the charts without a doubt.” This new Mani flick is themed around the Eelam Tamil issue, with Karthiks’s son Gautham and Thulasi – daughter of yesteryear actress Radha looking for a classy launch, as Kollywood’s fresh lead pair.
Another interesting addition to the project happens to be Arjun Sarja who will portray a character with grey shades. The director decided to cast the Action King after his impressive performance in recent Ajith starrer Mankatha.
